Document Creation
To begin creating your document, Asset Management button on the Home page. Select 'Document Creator' from the pull down.
Select Template
Templates are organized by category. Click on a category name to view the associated templates.
Click on a template name to view its thumbnail preview, description and the option to Preview or Choose This.
Clicking Preview will show you an enlarged version of the template.
Clicking Choose This will let you start editing the template.
Edit Template
There are two ways you can edit the template content:
You can use the steps in the left column.
You can click on the section of the template you would like to edit. All editable sections of a template are shown using dash-lined guides.
You may save your progress at any time by clicking on the Save Progress button.
If you would like to open a previously saved document, you can select one from the left column in the My Saved Documents section.
When all required fields have been completed, you will be able to export your document. This step is not available until all required steps are completed.
Export
If prior approval is required, select the file type (eps, jpg, pdf) you need and enter your email address. The site administrator will approve or deny your document. If approved, you will receive an email allowing you to download the file. If declined, you will receive comments on why it was declined. You will have to resubmit the file for approval after the changes have been made.
If no approval is required, you may download the file or email it to an email address. The email will not contain the actual file, but a link to download the file.
